Your Retro Tee Is Loading…

Every Retro Tees order is printed especially for you after your order has been placed. We do not keep shelves piled high with pre-printed stock or mass-produce large quantities of every design.

Printing and processing usually takes 1–3 working days, but during busy periods or where a particular garment, size or colour needs additional production time, it can take up to 5 working days before dispatch.

Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Please note that this is the time needed to prepare and print your order. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Made to Order, Not Mass Produced

Our print-on-demand approach means we only produce items that our customers have actually ordered.

This helps us avoid holding unnecessary stock and reduces the risk of unsold tees being overproduced or going to waste.

We also work with a global network of printing partners. Whenever possible, we select a suitable printer located closer to your delivery address, helping to keep delivery journeys, postage costs and delivery times down.

Double-Check Your Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Spotted a mistake? Contact us as quickly as possible. Once your order has entered production, we may not be able to change the delivery address, cancel the shipment or redirect the parcel.

Who Delivers My Order?

Our printing partners usually send UK orders using either Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the delivery address and the service available.

Courier is selected automatically when the order is prepared for dispatch.

International delivery services will vary depending on the country and the printing partner fulfilling the order.

Tracking: Activated!

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its excellent adventure from the printer to your door.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch email.

How Much Is Delivery?

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

The postage cost will be clearly shown before you complete your order — no hidden surprises or unexpected plot twists!

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date the order was placed.

Most UK orders should arrive within a few working days after dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas, the Highlands and UK islands may need a little extra time to complete their journey.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, local delivery services and customs processing.

All delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Occasional delays may happen because of severe weather, courier disruption, customs checks or other circumstances outside our control.

More Than One Parcel?

Ordering several items? Occasionally, products may be printed at different locations and sent in separate parcels.

Don’t panic if everything doesn’t arrive together — the rest of your order may still be making its way through the delivery bonus level!

Where available, you will receive separate tracking information for each dispatched parcel.

International Orders

Our international T-shirts are produced using carefully selected print-on-demand partners, usually located as close to the delivery destination as possible. This helps reduce delivery times, unnecessary shipping and customs delays.

Because each garment is printed especially for your order, we recommend checking the product size guide and your chosen colour carefully before placing your order.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be returned in line with our Returns Policy. For change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong size or colour, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help put things right.

Busy Times and Christmas Chaos

Retro Tees is a small, family-run business, and we always work hard to get every order printed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

During extra-busy periods — especially the run-up to Christmas — printing and dispatch may take a little longer due to the high volume of orders.

Think of it as the festive bonus level! We really appreciate your patience and understanding while our printing partners work through every order.

Tracking Says Delivered, but It’s Missing

If your tracking says your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

• Around your property and any designated safe places
• With other members of your household
• With nearby neighbours
• Any delivery photograph or notes included with the tracking information

Still missing? Please contact us and include your order number. We will help investigate the delivery with our printing and courier partners.

Delayed, Damaged or Missing Parcels

Although occasional courier delays can happen for reasons outside our control, please contact Retro Tees if your parcel is unusually delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be missing.

We will investigate the problem with our printing and delivery partners and do our best to put things right.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
